1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the OncoDiary website and mobile application (the “Service”) offered by MB Oak Crew (the “Company”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Collection and Use of Personal Information

The Company collects and uses your personal information to improve the OncoDiary app and provide personalized support. Your personal information may also be shared with third parties, such as service providers who assist in operating the OncoDiary app, including payment processing, analytics, and customer support.

3. Use of Analytics & Tracking Technologies

The Company uses the following tools to analyze user behavior and improve the Service:

  • Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager: These tools collect information such as IP address, browser type, device type, and user interactions within the app. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-Out page.
  • Facebook Pixel: This is used for ad tracking and retargeting. You can manage your ad preferences via Facebook Ad Settings.
  • Hotjar: Used to analyze user behavior through heatmaps and session recordings. You can opt out on Hotjar’s opt-out page.

The Company may update its use of tracking technologies over time.

4. Subscription & Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Models

The OncoDiary app offers the following subscription plans:

  • 1-month, 3-month, and 6-month subscriptions
  • Available through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Stripe payments
  • Managed via RevenueCat for subscription handling
4.2 Auto-Renewal & Cancellation
  • All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Users can cancel subscriptions anytime via their Apple or Google Play account settings or through Stripe (if purchased via the web).
  • Upon cancellation, users will retain access to premium features until the end of their current billing period.
4.3 Refund Policy
  • The Company does not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods.
  • Refund requests for App Store or Google Play purchases must be handled directly through Apple or Google Play’s refund system.
  • Stripe purchases are subject to Stripe’s refund policies.

5. Sharing of Personal Information

The Company may share user data with third parties only as necessary to provide the Service, including:

  • Payment Processors (Stripe, Apple, Google Play, RevenueCat)
  • Analytics Providers (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar)
  • Security & Fraud Prevention Services

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

OncoDiary provides health-related information for informational purposes only and does not substitute for professional medical advice. Users should consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Lithuania, and disputes shall be resolved in Lithuanian courts.

9. Changes to Terms & Pricing

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and modify subscription pricing. Changes will be communicated through email, in-app notifications, or website updates.
